DMCA / Copyright Policy
Articles on this site are original summaries written in our own words, not reproductions of the source article's text, and every article links back to the original reporting it's based on. If you still believe something on this site infringes your copyright, here's how to reach us.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a notice to abuse@billscontinuinglife.com including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this site you claim is infringing, including the specific URL.
- Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Valid notices will be acted on promptly — typically by removing or disabling access to the material in question.
Counter-notice
If material you posted or that you believe was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact information, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district).
Note: this address is not currently registered as a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. We still process good-faith notices sent here.
